About Borsalino Italian Restaurant
Borsalino Restaurant, Lagos, is a fantastic Italian restaurant with a great "Pizzeria - Spaghetteria - Italiana" menu! Choose from a wide range of pizza and pasta dishes or be adventurous and "make your own" by adding ingredients of your choice to a pizza or pasta base - you can choose from a list of over 30 ingredients! This is a brilliant option for vegeterians and vegans, and vegans can even enjoy a pizza - they are all freshly baked from scratch so just ask for the pizza "sem queijo" (without cheese)!
Borsalino Restaurant also offers a really nice selection of starters such as Warm goat's cheese salad with walnuts and pineseeds; Bruschetta with tomato, mozzarella and garlic; Salada Caprese (tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil); Carpaccio of beef or Tiger prawn salad. The portions are generous, so make sure you save some space for one of the mouthwatering desserts - Chocolate mousse, Pannacotta, Tiramisu or fresh strawberries (with or without cream / icecream) are just a few of the delights on offer!
Borsalino Restaurant also has a take away service if you prefer to dine at home but without the chore of cooking! Either call in and have a drink while you are waiting or phone ahead.

Julio and his staff at Borsalino always make us so welcome and the food is delicious! Nothing is too much trouble even when it comes down to our vegan taking her time choosing the toppings for her pizza (without cheese) and then asking for a box to take the remainder home for later! We always take our visitors here knowing that they won't be disappointed - so if you are looking for an Italian restaurant in Lagos with great food and great service, then look no further than Borsalino!

From the eastern end of the main Avenida dos Descobrimentos:
At the roundabout by the garage, turn left. At the next roundabout by the new City Hall go straight across passing Pingo Doce (formerly Plus) on the left. At the Lidl roundabout turn left and then take the first turning left immediately afterwards. Borsalino is on the left hand side. This is less than a 5 minute walk and very easy to find!

Closed on Sundays
Borsalino will be closed for holidays from 19th December 2009 to 19th January 2010.
